By accessing or using AlphaBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

AlphaBot provides automated algorithmic trading software that connects to your brokerage account (Alpaca) to execute trades on your behalf based on pre-programmed strategies. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.

AlphaBot is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. We do not manage your assets or provide personalized investment advice.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, including backtested results shown on our website, does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

All performance figures displayed on getalphabot.com are based on paper trading simulations unless explicitly stated otherwise. Real trading results may differ materially from simulated results due to market impact, slippage, liquidity constraints, and other factors.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All trading decisions executed through your connected brokerage account
Ensuring you understand the risks associated with automated trading
Maintaining sufficient funds and margin in your brokerage account
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
The security of your account credentials and API keys

5. Subscription and Billing

AlphaBot is offered on monthly or annual subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the AlphaBot platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
